Today in Istanbul, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov and General Director of the Turkish company Konermak iç ve dış ticaret ltd Şti Mustafa Ozkylych signed an agreement on cooperation in implementing projects in the field of the agro-industrial complex of Tatarstan.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan announces the winners of the competitive selection for the provision of grants to novice agricultural consumer cooperatives. The total amount of grants was 75 million rubles.

On May 15, a regional training seminar-meeting for heads of rural settlements on topical issues of local government work was held in Laishevsky district. It was attended by Chairman of the Council of Municipal Formations of the Republic of Tatarstan Ekzam Gubaidullin, head of the Laishevsky district Mikhail Afanasyev, deputy minister of agriculture and food of the Republic of Tatarstan Rishat Habipov, heads of rural settlements of Alekseevsky, Vysokogorsky, Zelenodolsk, Laishevsky, Pestrechinsky, Rybno-Slobodsky and Spassky districts and others.

 

On May 15, the zonal seminar-conferences on milk production, livestock safety and herd production in Tetyushsky and Arsky districts was chaired by the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Nikolai Titov. Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nazip Hazipov, heads of municipalities and heads of agricultural enterprises also took part in the events.

On May 14, the Kazan State Agrarian University held a round table on the topic “Management Training for Agricultural Consumer Cooperatives”, organized by the State Budgetary Enterprise “Center for Competence on the Development of Agricultural Cooperation in the Republic of Tatarstan”, Institute of Economics and Center for Cluster Learning and Project Management of Kazan State Agrarian University university. The event was attended by teachers of economic faculties of universities of Kazan, leaders and specialists of agricultural colleges and agricultural technical schools of the republic.

On May 15, Kazan hosted the opening ceremony of the full-time regional stage of the All-Russian Competition AgroNTI-2019, which will be held at Kazan State Agrarian University with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan from 15 to 16 of May. The competition is held among pupils of rural schools of 5-11 grades. Within two days, the guys will be offered the team situational tasks and they will be able to independently assemble their own agricopters, robots and meteorological devices.

According to the operative data of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia on May 6, the maximum sales volumes of milk per day were reached in the Republic of Tatarstan - 3.5 thousand tons. The Krasnodar Territory is on the second place - 2.7 thousand tons, and the Voronezh Region takes the third place - 2.2 thousand tons.

 

On May 14, at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Nikolai Titov held a meeting with personnel of agricultural departments and subordinate organizations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. The event was also attended by representatives of the Kazan State Agrarian University and the Kazan State Academy of Veterinary Medicine of Bauman. In the run-up to the admission campaign, new rules for targeted admission of applicants were explained to the staff of universities.

On May 14, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan summed up the work of the livestock industry for 4 months of 2019. The meeting was held by the head of the department of the livestock development Siren Nigmatzyanov.

As part of a working visit to the Yelabuga district, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov took part in the solemn ceremony of launching the construction of the wholesale distribution center "Yelabuga".
