At the "Field Day in Tatarstan - 2019" were revealed the best operators of milking and livestock consultants
In terms of the exhibition “Field Day in Tatarstan - 2019” in the Laishevsky municipal district, the 46th Republican contest for the best professional milking operator was held.
The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nazip Hazipov, the head of the GKU GGSU breeding business in animal husbandry Rishat Zaripov, the general director of the AO GSP "Elita" Fannur Zaripov and the chairman of the republican organization of the trade union of workers of the agro-industrial complex Farida Garifullina.

At the end of the speech, she presented certificates of merit from the Republican Trade Union Committee for many years of diligent work in agriculture and cash awards to machine milking operators: Roza Salakhova (Agricultural Farm LLC Sviyaga, Apastovsky District), Gulnaz Notfullina (SEC Kyzyl-Yul, Baltasinsky District) Gulnara Arslanova (LLC Agrofirm "Nurkeevo" Sarmanovsky district), Gulsina Fazylova (LLC "Saba" Sabinsky district). Also Dania Garifullina("Leninogorsk Agricultural Company" Leninogorsky District) and Alfira Sultanova (LLC Gigant, Tukaevsky District) received sanatorium vouchers .
The competition was attended for the best operators of milking cows - the winners of district competitions. They demonstrated their knowledge of the theory of the physiology of milk formation and milk yield, the basics of livestock feeding, the hygiene of animals and premises, the design and operation of milking equipment, obtaining high quality milk and safety.
An on-site beauty salon was organized by students and teachers of the International College of Service. Here, each milkmaid could benefit from the professional help of hairdressers, makeup artists, and even manicurists.
The competition was held in several stages. At the first stage, the competition commission evaluated theoretical knowledge; here each participant must give a correct written answer to 20 questions. At the second stage, the commission assessed preparation for work, the process of milking, hygiene and the culture of milking. Here, each participant should be milking the cow correctly with a milking machine on the linear milk conduit or in the milking parlor. At the last stage, the contestants demonstrated practical skills - they disassembled and assembled the miller unit ADU-1 and checked its work.
Saniya Nasibullina from the agro-industrial complex Prodprogramma of the Mamadysh region became the absolute champion of the Republic of Tatarstan in machine milking. Guzel Akhmetova from Bashak LLC of Aktanyshsky District became the champion of RT for machine milking of cows on a linear installation. The 2nd place was taken by Rezeda Gaziyeva from Aznakay AF LLC of the Aznakaevsky district, 3rd place - Ruzalia Idrisova from AF Tatarstan LLC of the Vysokogorsky district.
The best operator of milking cows in the milking parlor was Firdia Galyautdinova from AF Tatarstan LLC in the Vysokogorsky District. Her work experience in the livestock industry is 40 years. 2nd place was given to Vera Saperova from Aksu Agro LLC, Aksubayevsky district. 3rd place was taken by Gulfiya Muratova.
During the event, the youngest participants of the competition were also awarded - Alena Kurbatova, master of machine milking of cows from Zakroma LLC, Chistopolsky district.
For the highest productivity of milking, in 2018, the master of machine milking, Irina Trofimova from Agricultural Production Enterprise AF Rassvet of the Kukmorsky District, was awarded.
Rustam Sabirov from Vysokogorsky district became the best livestock consultant. 2nd place was taken by Rasim Badretdinov from the Aznakayevsky district. 3rd place was given to Razil Nizamiev from Baltasinsky district.
At the end of the event, the milkmaids were awarded in nominations: mothers of many children (4 or more children) - Rosa Salakhova from the SHP Sviyaga LLC of the Apastovsky District, Elizaveta Radukan from KFH Khiriev I.R. Mendeleevsky District and Raviya Abdrakhmanova from Avangard JSC, Spassky District; Milkmaid Beauty - a long braid (length 90 cm) - Gulia Abdullina from Igenche LLC, Tyulyachinsky District, Miss of the competition - Zulkumor Mutalimova from AgroLak LLC, Pestrechinsky District, Nechkebil - Elena Tyukareva from the Rodina collective farm of the Alekseevsky District, Altynchech - Xia. from SEC “Kolos” of Elabuga district, curly hair - Nadezhda Baygulin from LLC “August - Muslyum” of Muslyumovsky district. In the nomination “family - livestock breeders” were awarded - Nazira Nigmatzyanova from SHP “Northern” LLC of Arsky district, Gulnaz Notfullina from SHPK “Kyzyl Yul” of Baltasinsky district, Tatyana Zubrinina from OOO “Zolotaya Niva” of Kaybitsky district, Elena Vasilyeva from OOO “Irs” »Nurlatsky district and Leyla Khusnulgatina from LLC Ilkhan of Cheremshansky district. Among men-milkers in the nomination "We can too!" Mannan Shayakhmetov had won.
