On February 26, in the Buinsky district, a meeting of the District Council was held on the results of socio-economic development for 2019 and tasks for 2020 with the participation of the Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, Alexey Pesoshin. The event was also attended by Rishat Khabipov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The growth point in 2020 will be the digitalization of agricultural management. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan pays great attention to the development of small and medium enterprises in rural areas. Today in every district there are people who have opened their own business and successfully developed it. One of them is the Faskhutdinov family from the Pestrechinsky district. In 2016, they received a grant from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan by the “Family Livestock Farms” program in the amount of 2 million 480 thousand rubles.

On February 25, the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nail Zalakov met with a delegation of the Bukhara region of the Republic of Uzbekistan headed by the governor of the Bukhara region of the Republic of Uzbekistan Uktam Barnoev in order to identify areas of cooperation.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that from March 3 to 4, the ANO Center for Prospective Development “Ecogorod Novyi Mir” organizes the conference “Food Security, Development of Russian Closed Crop Production, City-Farming”. The event can be attended by farmers and scientific agricultural organizations.
