Rustam Minnikhanov: The most important task today is to preserve jobs and increase agricultural production
Today, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the activities of enterprises of the Alkeevsky region. During the working trip he was accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.
The company produces butter and various types of cheeses. The production uses its own raw materials. Khuzangaevskoye LLC has its own farm for 3.2 thousand dairy cows,” said Marat Zyabbarov.
For the first quarter of this year, the plant produced 137.3 tons of cheese and 7 tons of butter. At each stage, there is strict quality control. Products are sold through retail chains and wholesale markets.
According to the director of the enterprise, there is great potential for further increasing production volumes. Today it processes 20 tons of milk per day. The plans are to double this figure.
Then the President of the Republic of Tatarstan visited the local Almaz grocery store. The store sells food and consumer goods, antiseptic agents. According with the sanitary-epidemiological regime, no more than 3 people are allowed to be here at the same time. The room is processed every 2 hours. The store director said that even at the peak of customer demand at the end of March there was no increase in food prices, especially for socially significant categories - cereals, sugar, salt, flour.
The President of the Republic also visited a private industrial site in the village of Nizhny Alkeevo. The first private industrial site in the area was created by local entrepreneur Damir Shaikhutdinov in 2002. The total area is 8.7 ha. The activities of residents are the following: freight transportation, repair of machinery and equipment, production of vegetable oils and fats. There are 117 employees.
During the special regime, due to the risk of the spread of Covid-19, all employees are provided with the necessary protective equipment, and the sanitary and epidemiological requirements are monitored.
Rustam Minnikhanov was introduced to the activities of residents of the industrial park, showed production workshops, and also told about further development plans. So, this year it is planned to build a milk processing workshop on the territory of the park.
In addition, further development of oil and fat production capacities is expected. Today, two lines for the extraction of vegetable oil from sunflower can process up to 80 tons of raw materials per day. The quality of products is monitored in a special laboratory. Products are sold in the Republic of Tatarstan, and also supplied to the Perm Territory, Chelyabinsk Region and the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Rustam Minnikhanov noted that the most important task today is to preserve jobs and increase agricultural production. “It is important to use all existing state support measures so that production development plans are implemented,” the President of the Republic said.
