The leaders of the republic assessed the progress of spring field work in the Alkeevsky district
Today, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the pace of spring field work in the Alkeevsky region. During the working trip he was accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.
A meeting with leaders of the agrarian complex of the region took place on a field near the village of Old Hurada. The head of the Alkeevsky district, Alexander Nikoshin, said that the total area of farmland in the district is 114.8 thousand hectares, including 98.3 thousand ha of arable land. It is planned to sow 49 thousand ha with spring crops. 20 thousand hectares were allocated for winter crops. Today, the top dressing of winter crops has been fully completed. Harrowing of chill and steam was carried out on an area of 30.3 thousand hectares, which is 50%. The agricultural enterprise "Khuzangaevskoye" has already begun to sow barley.
By the beginning of the sowing campaign, district agrarians have the required amount of seeds (5.2 thousand tons). All equipment that will be involved in field work is also prepared. These are 350 tractors, 112 seeders, 20 sowing complexes and 119 cultivators.
An individual entrepreneur Albert Shaikhutdinov, who began his activities in 2006, helps farmers to repair equipment. He is engaged in the overhaul of tractors, details and assemblies, as well as electrical equipment of K700 of all modifications.
Marat Zyabbarov said that the district is completely ready for sowing. A plan for the accumulation of mineral fertilizers has been completed, and contracts for the purchase of fuels and lubricants have been signed.
Also, during a visit to Nizhny Alkeevo, Rustam Minnikhanov visited a modular precinct veterinary station. The head of the Main Veterinary Administration of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan - the main state veterinary inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan, Almaz Khisamutdinov, said that the institution with a staff of 4 people conducts preventive, veterinary and sanitary measures in 18 settlements. The President of Tatarstan examined the premises of the clinic and got acquainted with the exhibition of special vehicles.
