Horses of the Tatar breed took part in the filming of the film “Zuleikha opens her eyes”
Today on the TV channel “Russia 1” at 21.00 the historical film “Zuleikha opens her eyes” will start.
Recall that the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan was involved in the filming. So, on February 18, 2019, the shooting took place in the Kazan Kremlin. With the assistance of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, 12 horses were delivered for filming, including the Tatar breed, horsemen from Arskoye (Ramazanov I.Z., Khasanov Kh.Kh.), Alekseevsky (Mindubaev MV, Bagaveev G.S. ), R. Slobodsky (Galeev R.G., Galiullin R.A.), Pestrechinsky (Nuriev M.N., Sabirov R.G.), Tyulyachinsky (Khamidullin I.K., Khaliullin I.G.) districts and Leading Advisor of the Department of Development of Livestock Industries, Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan Khabibullin A.G. All participants were dressed in costumes of the 30s.
Recall that active work is underway in the republic to revive the Tatar horse breed. Horse breeders of the republic recreated the breed known by historians since the time of Genghis Khan, and recently it was officially included in the register.
