Today, in the village of Karym of the Republic of Altai, the equestrian race on horses of the Tatar breed Tatarstan-Altai took place.

On the fields of the August-Muslyum farm in the Urazmetevsky rural settlement, in the summer of 2023, 12 Kazanka circular sprinklers with a coverage area of 270 hectares were installed and launched in test mode. The source of water for irrigation was the river Sikia. An 11-kilometer water pipeline was laid from it to the fields, the construction of which began in 2022 and was completed in the middle of summer 2023. To create the irrigation system, domestic equipment was used - machines from the Kazan Plant of Irrigation Equipment: according to the specialists of Avgust-Agro, the installations are not inferior in quality and characteristics to foreign analogues, but at the same time they are cheaper by 30-35%. The system will be fully operational in the spring in the 2024 agricultural season.

The number of cattle at the enterprises of the holding is 19.2 thousand heads, including 8.9 thousand heads of the dairy herd. The number of cows remains approximately at the same level, but their productivity increases. This was achieved by Agrosila thanks to the optimization of inefficient dairy farms, the modernization and construction of the Aznakay dairy complex for 4,000 heads, systematic work to improve the genetic potential of cows and their selection, the introduction of an effective scheme for the prevention and treatment of cattle, and the creation of a solid base of own feed. As a result, compared to last year, the average daily milk yield increased by 25%.

On the trip, he was accompanied by First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Lenar Garipov. During the visit, they met with local farmers and discussed the current situation in the fields.

In 2022, 4.1 thousand tons of honey were produced in Tatarstan. The Republic entered the top 5 honey-bearing regions of Russia, which included Bashkiria, Altai Territory, Voronezh Region and Krasnodar Territory.

Today, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting with the leadership of the Turkish company Imash. It was attended by Deputy Minister Dmitry Yashin, General Director of Ratsin JSC Denis Samodurov, General Director of Imash Makina A.S. Mustafa Ozdemir, CEO of AgroPro A.S. Mustafa Ozkilic, representatives of agricultural holdings.

Bulat Garifullin, Head of the Department for Social and Economic Issues of the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation, paid a working visit to agricultural enterprises of the Sabinsky municipal district. Together with the chairman of the regional trade union organization Gulnaz Nigmatzyanova, they studied the results of work in the field of labor protection.

Competitive selection for participation in the educational project "Farmer's School" has started in the Republic of Tatarstan. The program is organized by Rosselkhozbank together with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. The training will take place on the basis of the Kazan State Agrarian University.
The competition will be open to both individuals planning to engage in agricultural business in the countryside, as well as beginners or existing farmers.

The harvesting campaign of grain crops is carried out in AGROSILA on a total area of arable land of 121,087 hectares. Harvesting started on July 11, it is planned to be completed in early September. To date, 67% of the total arable land has been harvested.

The harvest season in the republic is reaching the finish line. Today Atninsky municipal district reported on the completion of harvesting. The district harvested 58.8 thousand tons of grain with a yield of over 31 centners per hectare.
