The 27th Russian Agro-Industrial Exhibition "Golden Autumn," a key business event in the agricultural sector, opened at the Timiryazev Center in Moscow.
Russian Minister of Agriculture Oksana Lut visited the Republic of Tatarstan's exhibit. Marat Zyabbarov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, introduced the exhibit stand and spoke about the industry's potential, the high level of development, and the digital transformation of the republic's agro-industrial complex.
At the Tatarstan exhibit stand, visitors will be able to see meat products, sausages, processed oilseeds (butter, mayonnaise, jams), dairy products, cheeses, butter, and poultry products for four days. Alcoholic beverages from Tatspirtprom JSC, Russia's largest vodka producer, will be showcased separately.
An exclusive tasting of sturgeon and salmon caviar, as well as canned seafood, will be a pleasant surprise for gourmets. Natural Emiz drinks made from dark grape varieties and sugar-free BAZR lemonades will offer visitors the opportunity to savor the flavors and benefits of nature. The Farmer's Island will showcase products from farms and cooperatives, offering chak-chak, delicacies, duck and horse meat sausages, kumiss, cheeses, and much more. The Chistopolye agricultural holding will showcase a wide range of products, including beef and turkey sausages, turkey meat, vegetables, grains and oilseeds, animal feed, and French fries.
Particular attention will be paid to digital solutions for the agricultural sector, including lameness monitoring systems, milk accounting, agricultural GIS, VR simulators, and a weather monitoring network, demonstrating a commitment to improving the efficiency and sustainability of agriculture.
