Meeting of the Presidium of the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the Russian Agricultural Workers' Union

An extended meeting of the Presidium of the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the Russian Agricultural Workers' Union was recently held. The event was attended by chairmen of district and primary trade union organizations, members of the audit commission, and Eduard Yagafarov, a representative of the Tatarstan Paratroopers' Union.

The agenda included three key issues:

On the financial performance of trade union organizations for the first eight months of 2025.

On the implementation of youth policy in agricultural organizations in the Baltasinsky District of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On the results of the district stage of the FNPR Youth Trade Union Forum "Strategic Reserve 2025."

On the first issue, Gulnaz Shavalieva, Head of the Finance Department and Chief Accountant, presented a detailed analysis of the trade union organizations' financial performance for the first eight months of 2025. Several important recommendations for optimizing financial processes were proposed.

On the second issue, Marina Ishmurzina, Chair of the Baltasinsky District Organization of the Russian Agricultural Workers' Union, spoke. She described the district's ongoing efforts to attract young people to rural areas, such as additional payments for young professionals, housing, and actively engaging young people in community initiatives. However, she noted the current trend of young people moving to large cities. Farida Garifullina, Chair of the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the Russian Agricultural Workers' Union, called on the chairs of district and primary trade union organizations to strengthen their oversight of the fulfillment of social obligations to young professionals, as specified in collective agreements. She also emphasized the need to develop and improve the mentoring system, including methodological support, advanced training for mentors, and motivation for mentoring participants.

Ksenia Yusupova, Chair of the Youth Council of the Primary Trade Union of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution "Federal Center for Toxicological, Radiation, and Biological Safety," reported on the results of the district stage of the FNPR Youth Trade Union Forum "Strategic Reserve 2025." The event focused on the mentoring system, emphasizing the need to develop methodological materials for young trade union members.

Next, Ekaterina Pankova, Chair of the Primary Trade Union of the Federal Center for Toxicological, Radiation, and Biological Safety, and Alsu Gainutdinova, Chair of the Chelny-Broiler Youth Trade Union, spoke. They shared their impressions of their trip to the special military operation zone, escorting humanitarian aid under the leadership of Eduard Yagafarov, a representative of the Union of Paratroopers of the Republic of Tatarstan. The trip left a deep imprint on the hearts of its participants, further strengthening their desire to support those in need. The meeting's trade union activists also expressed their intention to continue participating in humanitarian initiatives, emphasizing the importance of demonstrating support and appreciation to service members for their service.

Concluding the speech, Eduard Yagafarov, representative of the Union of Paratroopers of the Republic of Tatarstan, thanked the republican organization for its ongoing support of soldiers and their families. He proposed establishing a workplace psychological support service for paratroopers upon their return, as well as for their families.

The meeting concluded with the adoption of a number of decisions aimed at strengthening the financial stability and supporting young professionals in the industry, and the awarding of the FPRT "For Mentoring" badge to trade union mentors.
