Representatives of the Tatarstan delegation were honored with awards at the Timiryazev Center in Moscow as part of the 27th Russian agro-industrial exhibition "Golden Autumn 2025."

At the state awards ceremony, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin noted that Agricultural and Processing Industry Workers' Day is a special day for everyone involved in this important sector. "We celebrate it in the fall, when the harvest is traditionally summarized. And for several years now, the agricultural industry has delighted the country with its successes," he said.

Mikhail Mishustin presented the medal "For Work in Agriculture" to Lyubov Ibatullina, chief livestock specialist and breeder of the chief livestock specialist service at ORSIS-AGRO LLC.

Lyubov Ibatullina's livestock development initiatives have contributed to improving the farm's key livestock indicators. The cattle population at ORSIS-AGRO LLC has increased from 1,367 to 5,248 head over the past five years, including 2,983 head of breeding stock. The young stock production plan is being met 100%.

"You inspire with your talent and diligence, set an example for young people, and, most importantly, you know how to achieve your goals. This approach to your life's work certainly deserves public recognition," he added.

Russian Minister of Agriculture Oksana Lut awarded Fanis Ilyasov, chief agronomist at ORSIS-AGRO LLC, the honorary title of "Honored Worker of Agriculture of the Russian Federation."

Fanis Ilyasov widely implemented advanced agricultural cultivation methods and agronomic measures aimed at improving soil fertility and increasing crop yields, and developed modern technologies for combating pests, weeds, and plant diseases. His direct involvement not only ensured the company's existing level of agrochemical support for agricultural production but also advanced it by introducing new, more progressive soil cultivation methods that improve plant germination and growth.
