This week, the commission accepted the completed construction of the facility: "Overhaul of the GTS and pumping stations for an irrigated plot on an area of 500 hectares near the village of Novy Michan of the Sabinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan". The overhaul was carried out within the framework of the State Program "Development of agriculture and regulation of agricultural products, raw materials and food markets in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013-2025".

Today, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan held a press conference dedicated to the national competition of regional brands "Tastes of Russia". It was attended by the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nail Zalakov, as well as representatives of Tatarstan brands that participate in the nomination "People's Choice".

40 novice farmers were selected for free training in the "Farmer's School". The program is implemented jointly with the Rosselkhoznadzor. The training will take place on the basis of the Kazan State Agrarian University.

Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov took part in the grand opening of the overhauled and re-equipped modern laboratories of agrochemistry and soil science, implemented under a joint project of JSC "Ammonium" and KGAU. Also the guests of the event were representatives of agribusiness, such companies as LLC UK "August-Agro", "Krasny Vostok", "Akbars Holding", "Agrosila", JSC "Ammonium", LLC "Ammonium-Agrotechnologies".

From October 20 to November 7, there is a popular vote taking place within the framework of the second National competition of regional food brands "Tastes of Russia". This year, 84 regions of Russia are presenting their unique food brands.

Today, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan held a videoconference meeting dedicated to the prevention of bird flu. The event was chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov. The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Lenar Garipov, Head of the Main Veterinary Department of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Almaz Khisamutdinov, as well as heads of agricultural divisions of the republic, veterinary workers and animal technicians.

Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov met with the Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kazan Yerlan Iskakov and the First Secretary of the Consulate General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kazan Ilyas Tursunbayev. The meeting was also attended by Deputy Minister Ildus Gabdrakhmanov, General Director of JSC "RATSIN" Denis Samodurov, Head of the Food Market Development Department Dmitry Yashin, Head of the Halal export project Rustem Gainullov.

A meeting with a delegation from Turkey was held at the site of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. Tatarstan was represented at the event by First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nail Zalakov, Executive Director of JSC "RATSIN" Radim Nurkhametov and others. The Turkish side, in turn, was represented by: General Director of "Jaran Kimya" Birol JARAN, Production Director of "Jaran Kimya" Milena Kardamova, Chief Adviser to the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Republic of Turkey Hakan Joshkun and others. During the meeting, the parties discussed plans for the development of cooperation.

From October 15 to November 14, the All-Russian Population Census (ARPC) will be held, which was supposed to take place back in 2020, but was postponed three times due to the pandemic. For the first time, the census will be digital (responses are entered electronically) and in a hybrid format - offline or online at the respondent's choice. Residents of hard-to-reach areas of the country began to be rewritten as early as April 1, and the main stage will be completed in the fall.

The XXIII All-Russian Agro-Industrial Exhibition "Golden Autumn -2021", the largest event in Russia in the field of agriculture, took place from October 5 to 8.
