For 9 months of 2021, the Tatarstan branch of the Rosselkhoznadzor provided 14.3 billionrubles of credit funds to the agro-industrial complex. Borrowers received 13.5 billion rubles at a preferential rate. Volume of concessional lending increased by 1.6 billion rubles, and its share in disbursements increased by 13 percentage points. In the whole country, for 9 months of 2021, the Rosselkhoznadzor provided 1.2 trillion rubles of credit funds to the agro-industrial complex, which was a record amount for the period under review.

Zelenodolsk Dairy Processing Plant together with the federal publishing house "Alpina Publisher" has released a children's book called "Embrace me". The book has 3,500 copies.

The All-Russian competition "My Land - Russia", held annually by the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, continues to accept applications. At the moment, more than 100 applications from media representatives have been accepted for participation in the competition. Applications are collected until October 31, 2021. During this period, Russian media journalists, individual authors, bloggers and photojournalists will be able to present their projects on rural topics.

On October 23, 2021, traditional agricultural fairs were held in the markets of the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan. Tatarstan meliorators together with the Kukmorsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan once again organized a fair at the main fairground – in the Kazan Agro-Industrial Park. Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov visited the event and got acquainted with the assortment of goods presented and their prices, talked with buyers and sellers. He was accompanied by Rustem Sungatullin, General Director of JSC Trust Company Tatmelioration, and Mars Hismatullin, Director of the FSBI Tatmeliovodkhoz Management.

The management company "August-Agro" won the first place in the nomination "Launch of the Year" of the national award  "Agroinvestor of the Year – 2021".

Today, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Rishat Khabipov took part in the grand opening of the "School of Farmers" in KGAU. The event was also attended by Chairman of the Association of Farmers and Peasant Farms of the Republic of Tatarstan Kamiyar Baytemirov, Rector of Kazan State Agrarian University Airat Valiev and others.

In August, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan announced the republican contest "The best combine harvester - 2021". The competition is held annually in order to increase the prestige and popularization of the combine harvester profession, prompt and high-quality harvesting, as well as the effective use of harvesting equipment in the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan.

From July 6 to 8, 2022, Kazan will host a unique event for Russian agriculture – the International Agro-Industrial Exhibition "AGROVOLGA-2022". On one site, AGROVOLGA will combine a large-scale exposition and a business forum on the territory of the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center, as well as experimental demonstration fields on 48 hectares within walking distance. More than 400 organizations are expected to participate in the exhibition, and more than 15 thousand specialists and managers of the agro-industrial industry from all over Russia will become its visitors.

A meeting on preventing the spread of African swine fever on the territory of the Republic was held in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan via videoconference. The meeting was held by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.
