Exchange of experience: the delegation of the Perm Territory visited the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan
Today the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a delegation from the Perm Territory. The Republic of Tatarstan was represented at the meeting by First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nail Zalakov, Deputy Ministers Rishat Khabipov and Marcel Makhmutov, as well as Director General of RIVC JSC Niyaz Khaliullin. The delegation from the Perm Territory was headed by Pavel Noskov, Minister of Agro-Industrial Complex of the Perm Territory, and Tatyana Pestova, First Deputy Minister.
The meeting participants discussed topical issues of agriculture such as: digitalization of agricultural land, use of digital solutions in the provision of subsidies, experience in the analytical work of the agro-industrial complex (work with reporting and monitoring), experience in CRS and infrastructure for supporting farmers.
“With the help of digitalization, it is possible to make the agro-industrial complex open and transparent. Therefore, we are now doing a lot in this direction: we are connecting new equipment, new programs. We analyzed all our agricultural producers who use accounting programs. Their profitability is about 23-27%. For those who do not use it yet - 7-8%. This is an important indicator," Nail Zalakov said.
The delegation, in turn, was interested in a single digital ecosystem and the subproject "Agropolia" - a system for collecting, storing, analyzing and graphical visualization of the necessary objects.
“We have several priorities. The first is digitalization. To do this, we are switching to software products and starting to exchange information and reports online with agricultural producers. Such activities are important for collecting information and analytics to better understand all processes and quickly track errors in them. Our second task is to scan and monitor all fields. You have already done all this, so we are very interested in your experience,” said Pavel Noskov.
Today, the parties discussed topical issues of interest, and tomorrow a working trip will take place to get acquainted already on the ground with the agricultural enterprises of the republic.
