Today, the first day of the All-Russian XXXVII Congress of the Association of Peasant (Farming) Households and Agricultural Cooperatives of Russia took place in Kazan. Participants included Alexey Gordeyev, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation; Vladimir Plotnikov, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Agrarian Issues and President of the Association of Peasant (Farming) Households and Agricultural Cooperatives of Russia; Maxim Markovich, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation; Marat Akhmetov, Acting Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan; and Marat Zyabbarov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today, the Tatarstan Equestrian Federation held its annual conference at the Kazan Hippodrome, chaired by Marat Zyabbarov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. Also participating were Giyaz Idiyatullin, Director of the Kazan Hippodrome, and Svetlana Kappusheva, Executive Director of the Tatarstan Equestrian Federation.

Today, the Ministry held a meeting of the Republican Headquarters for the Prevention of the Entry and Spread of Contagious Animal Diseases, Including Particularly Dangerous Animal Diseases, in the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by Lenar Garipov, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today, Marat Zyabbarov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, visited the Pestrechinsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan. He was accompanied by Rais Suleimanov, head of the district.

Spring agricultural fairs continue in the republic. Last weekend, residents of Tatarstan visited marketplaces located in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, and the Zelenodolsk and Nizhnekamsk municipal districts. Districts of the republic, agricultural holdings, and local farmers presented their fresh, high-quality produce.

Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov reported today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan on preparations for spring fieldwork and realizing the export potential of the republic's agro-industrial complex. The meeting was chaired by the Head of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov. Tatarstan Prime Minister Alexey Pesoshin and Acting Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov participated in the meeting.
