Marat Zyabbarov assessed farms' readiness for spring fieldwork in the Pestrechinsky District.

Today, Marat Zyabbarov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, visited the Pestrechinsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan. He was accompanied by Rais Suleimanov, head of the district.

During his working visit, Marat Zyabbarov inspected the construction of a broiler rearing facility at Ak Bars Poultry Complex LLC. The broiler feedlot is designed to accommodate 640,000 chickens, and poultry meat production will reach 9,000 tons per year.

Final acceptance testing of farms' readiness for spring fieldwork began today. Marat Zyabbarov inspected the machinery and tractor fleets of Agrolak-K LLC and Ak Bars Pestretsy LLC. He emphasized that serious preparations are underway for both fertilizer stockpiling and equipment repair and upgrades.

The Agrolak-K farm has 3,204 hectares of arable land. The company has 16 tractors, 4 forage and grain harvesters, and 21 other pieces of equipment. The equipment is 93% ready for spring field work: tractors, 100% ready for seed drills and seeders, and 96% ready for trailed agricultural machinery. Spare parts worth 3,738,000 rubles have been purchased, covering 100% of the required amount.

Ak Bars Pestretsy LLC's planned sowing area for the current year is 16,919 hectares, of which 3,965 hectares are sown to winter wheat, 4,480 hectares are planned for spring grains and legumes, 3,921 hectares for industrial crops, 4,553 hectares for forage crops, and 2,273 hectares of fallow land. For 2025, the farm has purchased 17 units of machinery and equipment worth 53.4 million rubles.

At the end of the working visit, the minister thanked the farm managers, investors, and heads of rural settlements for their joint, coordinated work and contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex of the Pestretsy Municipal District.
