In 2025, farms in the Republic of Tatarstan purchased more than 2,200 units of equipment worth approximately 10 billion rubles. This allowed them to modernize 2.5% of their tractors, 3.3% of their grain harvesters, and 4.5% of their forage harvesters.

Since the beginning of 2025, the Republic of Tatarstan has been implementing the national project "Technological Support for Food Security." Five federal projects are being implemented within its framework: "Creating Conditions for the Development of Scientific Research in Breeding and Genetics," "Veterinary Drugs," "Technical and Technological Independence of Agriculture, Food, and Processing Industries," "Human Resources in the Agro-Industrial Complex," and "Production of Critically Important Enzyme Preparations, Food and Feed Additives, and Technological Aids."

The Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, and the autonomous non-profit organization "Russian Quality System" are holding a competition for an award for achievements in the development of Russian organic products.

According to preliminary data, milk production in the Republic of Tatarstan reached 2,370,000 tons in 2025, with an increase of 82,000 tons, representing a 103.6% increase compared to 2024 results. Average cow productivity was 8,830 kg, with an increase of 556 kg compared to the previous year.

The Republic of Tatarstan announced the results of the "Best Combine Operator - 2025" National Competition. Tatarstan's gross agricultural output is estimated to reach 401.3 billion rubles in 2025, with an increase of 107%. This was announced today by Marat Zyabbarov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Agriculture and Food, at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov opened an agrotechnology class in the Vysokogorsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan. He was accompanied by the head of the district, Ravil Khisamutdinov.

Today, the Ministry held a meeting of the Anti-Corruption Commission to review the year-end results for 2025. Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marsel Makhmutov opened the meeting.
