A panel discussion entitled "Export of Russian Halal Products: Impetus for Developing New Markets" was held as part of the 17th International Economic Forum "Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum." The discussion was moderated by Alexander Yakuba, Advisor to the Head of the Federal Center for Agroexport. Participants included Russian producers and exporters of agricultural products, foreign importers and distributors, investors, logistics providers, and certification bodies.
Today, a business session, "Russia – Ethiopia," was held on the sidelines of the 17th International Economic Forum "Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum." Rustem Gainullov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, participated in the session. Pavel Shibilov, Head of International Development at JSC Russian Export Center, moderated the session.
Today, the Commission on Compliance with Official Conduct Requirements for Civil Servants and Conflict of Interest Resolution held a meeting at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by Lenar Garipov, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. Rustam Gayazov, Deputy Head of the Tatarstan Ministry of Agriculture's Anti-Corruption Policy Office, along with employees of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan and representatives of public organizations, participated in the commission's work.
A meeting of horse owners of the Republic of Tatarstan was held today at the Kazan Hippodrome. The meeting summarized the results and discussed the main directions for the development of horse breeding in the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was attended by Gelyus Bayazitov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan; Gabdulkhak Motygullin, Deputy Head of the Main Veterinary Department of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan; and others.

This is the first official event of the 17th International Economic Forum "Russia-Islamic World: KazanForum." The halal fair is being held at the Kazan Agro-Industrial Park.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan announces the start of a selection process for a grant to develop the material and technical base of agricultural consumer cooperatives. This grant will be used to implement the grant recipient's project and to employ new employees permanently, as approved by Resolution No. 572 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated July 14, 2021, "Procedure for the Provision of Grants from the Budget of the Republic of Tatarstan to Agricultural Consumer Cooperatives for the Development of the Material and Technical Base of Agricultural Consumer Cooperatives."
Two batches of feed barley were shipped from the Rybno-Slobodsky and Alekseyevsky districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, under the supervision of the regional branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "TsOK APK" for export to Iran. The total weight exceeded 10,000 tons.

From May 14 to 15, the International Agro-Industrial Trade and Purchasing Session for export-oriented companies from the Russian agro-industrial complex will be held at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center as part of the 17th International Economic Forum "Russia – Islamic World: Kazanforum." Participants will include 23 foreign buyers and distributors, as well as 78 Russian companies from nine regions of Russia.
