The Ministry's Commission on Official Conduct Reviewed a Conflict of Interest Notification
Today, the Commission on Compliance with Official Conduct Requirements for Civil Servants and Conflict of Interest Resolution held a meeting at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by Lenar Garipov, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. Rustam Gayazov, Deputy Head of the Tatarstan Ministry of Agriculture's Anti-Corruption Policy Office, along with employees of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan and representatives of public organizations, participated in the commission's work.
The commission reviewed an employee's notification of a personal interest in the performance of official duties that could lead to a conflict of interest.
Following the meeting, the Commission adopted the following decisions: to recognize the existence of a personal interest that could lead to a conflict of interest; Transfer official responsibilities related to the provision of state support measures and the competitive selection process (if a conflict of interest arises) to another civil servant; assign oversight of the implementation of these decisions to the Audit and Anti-Corruption Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The measures taken are aimed at minimizing corruption offenses and ensuring the legality and transparency of the provision of state support measures.
