From July 8 to 10, Kazan will host a key event for Russian agriculture: the International Agricultural Exhibition Agrovolga 2026. The exhibition will feature a large-scale exhibition and business forum at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center, as well as experimental demonstration fields within walking distance.

Rustam Minnikhanov, Head of the Tatarstan Council, met today with Pyotr Parkhomchik, Chairman of the Brest Regional Executive Committee (Republic of Belarus). Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov also participated in the meeting.

A delegation from the Republic of Belarus is on a working visit to the Republic of Tatarstan. It is accompanied by Marat Zyabbarov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Last Saturday, Lenar Garipov, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, inspected the traditional agricultural fairs in Kazan.

The All-Russian Competition "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency" has been held annually in the Russian Federation since 2000. Its goal is to draw public attention to the importance of addressing social issues at the organizational level. Its primary objective is to identify Russian organizations that achieve high social efficiency in addressing social challenges, study and disseminate their experience, and develop forms of social partnership within organizations.

A delegation from the Republic of Tatarstan, led by Marat Karimov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, participated in Rosagroleasing's Client Day at the Minsk Tractor Works (MTZ), the largest manufacturer of agricultural machinery in the Republic of Belarus and a key partner. The event was also attended by Almaz Akhmetov, General Director of MTZ-Tatarstan LLC; Rafael Fattakhov, General Director of Tatagroleasing JSC; Ainur Nutfullin, General Director of Tatarstan Agricultural Enterprise LLC; and Bulat Israfilov, Director of Timiryazev LLC.

First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic Lenar Garipov reported on preparations for spring sowing at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by the Rais of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov. Acting Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Akhmetov, participated in the meeting.

Today, the winners of the All-Russian Ak Kalfak competition for schoolchildren and students visited the Palace of Farmers in Kazan.

Veterans celebrating anniversaries in the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan were honored in municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. They were awarded for their long-term, conscientious, and productive service to the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The federal project "Small Agribusiness Development" was launched in Russia in 2026. One of its key areas is the development of small rural bakeries through state support in form of grants.
