Farmers of Tatarstan have collected the first million tons of grain. To date, the average yield in the republic is 16.7 c / ha. The area of 676194 hectares was threshed. 1129,168 tons of grain have been harvested.

Today, within the framework of the XII International Economic Summit of Russia and the OIC countries "Russia - the Islamic World: KAZANSUMMIT 2021", bilateral negotiations on the development of trade and economic activities and investments in the agricultural sector were held. Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov spoke at the plenary session of the VII Machine-Building Cluster Forum. The topic is relevant – forage harvesting. This issue is under special control of the Ministry. According to operational data, 352.9 thousand tons of hay, 1561.1 tons of haylage, 196 tons of silage have been harvested in the Republic of Tatarstan.
