Marat Zyabbarov presented awards to Tatarstan veterinarians in honor of a professional holiday

Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan-Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov presented state awards to veterinarians of the republic. The event was timed to coincide with the Day of the Veterinary Worker, which is celebrated on August 31.

"Veterinary medicine is an extremely wide and multifaceted field of activity. Veterinarians and supervision services make a significant contribution to maintaining a stable epizootic situation in the republic. Today, they face responsible tasks — ensuring a stable veterinary and sanitary situation in the republic, improving the personnel training system, as well as further development of science and practice, " the minister said.

The celebration of veterinarian's day has been held since 2014. This year, 67 specialists received certificates and diplomas for outstanding achievements in the field of veterinary medicine.

The Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation was awarded to the chief veterinarian of the state budgetary institution "Leninogorsk District State Veterinary Association" Rashat Akhmetov and the chief accountant of the state budgetary institution "Buinsky district State Veterinary Association" Fanzia Nigmatullina.

Rasul Nazmutdinov, Gulsina Nizamieva, Zulfiya Shakirova, Rafat Khamzin and Rafis Bikmukhametov received an award and the title of "Honored Veterinarian of the Republic of Tatarstan".

Honorary certificates of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan were also awarded.
