Today in Kazan, Nizhnekamsk, Zelenodolsk region and Naberezhnye Chelny, fairs for the sale of agricultural products, organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, were held. Products and goods were brought by agricultural producers and enterprises from the municipal districts of the republic.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, more than 130 billion rubles of cash proceeds are expected in the agricultural sector, the growth by 2019 will amount to about 15 billion rubles. The expected profitability is at the level of 16% (an increase of 6% compared to the previous year). President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met with the Governor of the Gilan Province of the Islamic Republic of Iran Arsalan Zare. Products and goods were brought by farmers and agricultural producers from Arsky, Kukmorsky, Baltasinsky, Kaibitsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Vysokogorsky, Buinsky, Kamsko-Ustinsky, Tyulyachinsky, Laishevsky, Apastovsky districts, Tatpotrebsoyuz, Yaratel, Poultry complex "Ak Barshinsky", Bukhara Agrofirm "Zalesny" and Greenhouse complex "Maisky". All products are of high quality and at prices lower than in retail chains.

The harvesting of seasonal vegetables continues in the Republic of Tatarstan.
