The harvesting of potatoes, sugar beets, sunflowers continues in the Republic of Tatarstan
The harvesting of seasonal vegetables continues in the Republic of Tatarstan. To date, 1.4 thousand hectares, or 58%, have been harvested. 33.8 thousand tons were accumulated, the yield is 277 c / ha. Such data was presented today at a meeting in the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.
The video conference was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. It was attended by RT Prime Minister Alexey Pesoshin.
Marat Zyabbarov said that the harvesting of rapeseed continues: 148 thousand tons have been harvested, the yield is 14 c / ha. As for sunflower, the harvested area is 38 thousand hectares, the yield is 17 c / ha. 65 thousand tons have been threshed.
98 thousand tons of potatoes have been dug up in the republic, the average yield of this popular crop is 278 c / ha. 3.6 thousand hectares, or 87% of the area have been harvested.
Speaking about sugar beets, Marat Zyabbarov noted that today about 32 thousand hectares, or 65% of the area, have been harvested. They have accumulated 1420 thousand tons, with an average yield of 442 c / ha. The leaders in the yield of this crop are Tetyushsky, Zainsky, Sarmanovsky, Nizhnekamsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Menzelinsky, Tukayevsky, Buinsky and Apastovsky districts.
688.8 thousand tons of sugar beet have been imported to the factories, 14 thousand tons are processed here per day. 72.9 thousand tons of granulated sugar have been produced. Processed - 488.1 thousand tons of products.
Autumn tillage continues in the fields of the republic. To date, 1.5 million hectares (or 84%) have been treated. Including the deepening of the arable layer - 738 thousand hectares. 1.9 thousand units are used daily.
The minister dwelled on the work of equipment repair points in the agro-industrial complex of the region. So, in the republic there are 657 repair shops, 723 points of repair and adjustment of agricultural machines.
Speaking about measures to stimulate the labor of machine operators, the head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan cited the Aznakaevsky municipal district as an example. Here, 100 thousand rubles are provided as material incentives for machine operators in autumn field work. 70 certificates were issued to 50 machine operators.
The minister also spoke about the setting of agricultural machinery for winter storage. As an example of good work, he cited the farms of the Baltasinsky district.
