Congratulations of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov on the Day of the Agricultural Worker

11 October 2020, Sunday

From the bottom of my heart I congratulate you on the Day of the Worker of Agriculture and Processing Industry! Today we express our gratitude and respect to those who provide us with food every day - bread, milk, meat and vegetables. We express our special gratitude to TATNEFT for providing farmers with preferential diesel fuel. And to all our partners who provide the further development of the agricultural sector.

Thanks to the common and well-coordinated work, the agro-industrial complex of the republic is a promising and dynamic developing industry. We fully meet the needs of the population for basic food products. This year in Tatarstan a record bread harvest was received - more than 5.4 million tons! This was a gift from the agrarians of our republic for the 100th anniversary of the TASSR. Thank you so much for this!

All achievements are based on daily work, responsibility, dedication, constant movement forward and a willingness to introduce new, bold solutions.

There are still many tasks ahead: increasing the efficiency of agricultural production, including the introduction of digital technologies, increasing exports, strengthening selective work in livestock and crop production, strengthening and further developing the farming movement. Our common goal is to make the agro-industrial complex of the republic a highly efficient and competitive industry and, at the same time, to preserve the unique culture, traditions, customs and special way of rural life.

All this is within our power, because extraordinary people who have diligence and boundless love for their native land, who know how to carefully pass this love from generation to generation, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, work in agriculture.

Happy holiday, dear village workers and industry veterans!
