In the Republic of Tatarstan, more than 130 billion rubles of cash proceeds are expected in the agricultural sector, the growth by 2019 will amount to about 15 billion rubles. The expected profitability is at the level of 16% (an increase of 6% compared to the previous year). Such data was announced today at a meeting in the House of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.

The meeting was held via video conference with all municipalities by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

The head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the plant growing industry in more details.

Speaking about the protection of plants and their nutrition, the minister suggested using the following standards: cereals - at least 3 treatments; for rapeseed and sugar beet - 4; other crops - at least 2 treatments. In the republic, the total cultivation plan is about 6 million hectares, with the current 2 million hectares. This will allow even in unfavorable years to additionally collect over 750 thousand tons of grain, and in favorable years - up to 1.5 million tons.

Further, the minister reported on the equipping of farms with mortar units. For 2019-2020, about 200 units of mortar units of various equipment, from primitive to high-tech, were installed. All of them had worked for this year's harvest. At the end of October, the conformity of the constructed complexes was checked. Today, 37 units meet the requirements, by the end of November - 81 more units will be approved. The remaining 380 will have to be built and adjusted.

The minister cited the Atninsky region as an example of active regions. It was one of the first to install such complexes for the sowing year 2019 in 9 farms.

“The Menzelinsky district has also had good results in the past 2 years in agriculture,” said the head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan. "They have a similar approach to harvesting."

At the same time, he recalled that in the Almetyevsk region - there is no even a single unit.

The ministry plans to apply in 2021 a stimulating coefficient of 1.3 for farms with mortar complexes, that is, such farms will receive 30% more funds for each hectare of their crops.

He also announced the amount of subsidies that the districts can count on, having built these complexes by spring.

This will save on plant protection products, increase yields by at least 20%, and also reduce the chemical (pesticide) load on arable land.

“We declare 2021 the Year of a large-scale renovation of sprayers,” said Marat Zyabbarov. - Priority should be given to self-propelled ones, since they are more productive and safer for the operator when working with pesticides. I ask the heads of farms and holdings, determining their needs, to carry out appropriate work with manufacturers of sprayers. "
