Marat Zyabbarov reported on overhaul of machine and tractor fleets and repair of agricultural machinery
Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov reported today at a meeting in the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan on the implementation of the program for the overhaul of machine and tractor parks, setting equipment for winter storage and repair of agricultural machinery.
The meeting was held via videoconference with all municipalities by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.
The minister said that from 2016 to 2020, thanks to the overhaul program for machine and tractor parks (MTP) with subsidies of 30% of the cost of work, it was possible to repair 307 mechanical shops, repair and adjustment points for agricultural machines and garages - 23% of the total. For these purposes, 242.4 million rubles have been allocated from the budget of the republic, as well as the own funds of agricultural producers in the amount of 562.6 million rubles.
Farms of Atninsky, Sabinsky, Arsky, Baltasinsky and other districts pay much attention to the overhaul of the MTP facilities. “Examples of these farms with a landscaped territory of the MTP, capital workshops for the comfortable work of personnel and storage of equipment attract young people, restrain staff turnover and show the effectiveness of the budget subsidies invested,” said Marat Zyabbarov.
Separately, the minister noted issues of staging equipment for winter storage. In the period from November 9 to 13, in all districts, tenders for staging agricultural machines for storage and preparation for field work in 2021 were held. He recalled that proper preservation and storage for six months ensure the 90% safety and high technical readiness of the transport park for seasonal work.
Measures for putting equipment for storage are accompanied by a whole range of tasks aimed at timely preparation for field work. This is the troubleshooting of equipment, the employment of machine operators, the use of seasonal discounts for spare parts, placing orders and making contracts for the supply of spare parts and components.
As for the repair of equipment, for the autumn-winter repair period of 2020-2021, 9.9 thousand tractors, 5.3 thousand grain seeders, 4.8 thousand cultivators, 521 seeding complexes, 773 combined units and other agricultural machinery are to be repaired. According to the results of defect lists, preparation of equipment for the season of field work in the republic will require funds in the amount of 3.7 billion rubles, including 2 billion rubles for spring field work. To date, spare parts have been purchased for 655 million rubles, or 33% of the required. As of November 20, 44% of the forecast tractors were repaired, seeders - 35%, seeding complexes - 40%, cultivators - 34%.
Addressing the heads of districts and agricultural producers, Rustam Minnikhanov noted that timely care and careful attention to equipment is a key to its readiness for future field work. “We see how some farms are irresponsible to their equipment. Without seasonal storage and scheduled maintenance, they run the risk of huge costs. A lot of money is spent on agricultural machinery. We need to carefully consider these issues, ”the President of the Republic of Tatarstan stressed.
