Minister of Agriculture Dmitry Patrushev held a regular meeting of the Operational Headquarters to monitor the situation with socially significant agricultural products and food. Representatives of the Federation Council, federal authorities, supervisory authorities, key financial organizations, industry unions and associations, as well as the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Russian Guard, jointly discussed the situation on the domestic food market and, in general, in the agricultural sector. Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov took part in the event.

On April 6, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov checked the readiness for sowing in the Arsky district of Tatarstan.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated April 2, 2020 No. 239 “On measures to ensure the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population in the Russian Federation in connection with the spread of new coronavirus infection (COVID -19)” (hereinafter - the Decree), non-working days from April 4-30, 2020 inclusive were announced, with salaries retained by employees. The exception are organizations listed in clause 4 of the Decree.

On April 6, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan summed up the results of the livestock industry for the first quarter of 2020. The meeting in the videoconferencing regime was chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.
