The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation continues working on the draft laws concerning the further development of Russian AIC. During the spring session the Government of the Russian Federation introduced the following bills to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation: “Amendments to the federal law “Drug circulation”; “Amendments to article 333 32 section 2 of the Russian Tax Code”; “Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the International Epizootic Bureau on the foundation of the regional representative office of the International Epizootic Bureau in the Russian Federation”.

Today a republican plenary session-workshop was held in Zainsk municipal district. It was devoted to the results of work of Tatarstan AIC in the first half of the year and the forthcoming harvesting campaign. The following officials took part at the session: the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhannov, Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov, Chairman of Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov, Government Executive office of the Republic of Tatarstan, Government of the republic, deputies of the Tatarstan State Council, heads of ministries and administrations, directors of local agricultural and food offices, directors of agricultural enterprises, holding companies, farm households, specialists from agricultural sphere, scientists, etc.

Yesterday in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan the session of the Chief Veterinary Directorate of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan and its structural subdivisions was held. The main item on the agenda was the results of June 2014.

Yesterday a roundtable discussion devoted to the issues of food safety of our country was held in the Proxy Office of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Russian Federation, Moscow. It was organized within the framework of “The state policy concept in the sphere of healthy diet among the Russian population”.

The committee meeting on ecology, natural resource management and agriculture took place
on July 1. The main issue on the agenda was the status of implementation of the regulations concerning farm households and entrepreneurship development in the rural area.
This week 3 veterinary stations of a module type were opened in Kazan, Alekseevsk and Bavly municipal districts.
In Kazan the veterinary station was opened by the Deputy Chief of Staff of Kirov and Moscow districts of Kazan Marat Usmanov, Director General of the Chief veterinary Directorate of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Almaz Khisamutdinov, Dierctor of SBI “Kazan State Veterinary Association” Orzali Mullakaev and others.
