Rustam Minnikhanov meets Italian delegation

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustan Minnikhanov met the delegation of “Cremonini Group” Company headed by the President of the company Luidjy Cremonini.

The meeting took place in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov, Assistant to President of the Republic of Airat Khairullin and other officials participated in the meeting.

Cremonini Group” Company deals with production and distributions of foodstuffs, including processing of cattle meet (beef). Currently the company is constructing a meet processing factory in Orenburg district. In 2010 “Cremonini Group” Company together with the Brazilian corporation “Inalca JBS S.A.” opened a meet processing factory complex in Moscow Region, which specializes in manufactured meet products.

Rustam Minnikhanov welcomed the guests and stressed that in Tatarstan great attention is paid to AIC development and cattle breeding. According to the words of Rustam Minnikhanov, beef cattle production has great potential in Tatarstan. It is one the main priorities for the republic.

Rustam Minnikhanov also noted that “Cremonini Group” Company had gained great experience in the sphere of beef cattle production. Tatarstan is interested in this experience.

The president of “Cremonini Group” Company Luidjy Cremonini stated, in his turn, that Tatarstan was a very attractive region for making business. He told briefly about the production organization, collaboration with meet suppliers and beef cattle market in the countries of EU. According to the words of Luidjy Cremonini, today it is very important to find new approaches and develop new technologies to meet consumer needs and requirements.

After the meeting with the President of the republic of Tatarstan the Italian delegation visited some municipal districts of the republic.
