The Deputy Chairman of the Tatarstan State Council Yuri Kamaltunov, the State Duma deputy of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Fatikh Sibgatullin, the senator of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Sergey Batin took part in the session, as reported by the RP and Mass Media Department of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.
