3 billion rubles to prepare agricultural machinery for field works 2015

14,000 trucks, 6,700 drill machines, 5,800 rippers and over 1,000 multitask tillage combines will be used during the spring works 2015 sowing in the Tatarstan AIC. It will enable to hold the sowing campaign in time.

Engineers have the task to prepare trucks, sowing and tillage machines for the campaign by April 1, 2015.

In the republic there are about 700 repairing workshops, over 800 sites for repairing and maintenance of agricultural machinery where about 3,000 skilled mechanics and locksmiths work.

The AIC Engineering Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan reports that the year is difficult in terms of spear parts supply due to economic sanctions and currency appreciation which have influenced the supply of spare parts and made it difficult for suppliers to get credits and loans.

Taking into consideration the fact that quite a lot of import equipment is used in farm households, the important task nowadays is to place orders for spare parts as quickly as possible. The ministry mechanization service keeps track of spare parts supply and monitors timely machinery maintenance.

3 billion rubles are required to prepare machinery and equipment for field works 2015, where 1.3 billion rubles are needed for the sowing campaign. Taking into consideration the price rise and the need for repairing of import trucks, harvesters and sowing machines, the cost loading for farm households of the republic will increase by about 0.5 billion rubles in total.

According to the recent data by January 20 2015 farm households of the republic have bought spear parts amounting to 733 million rubles. 7,445 trucks (75%), 5,112 drill machines (83%), 265 sowing machines (63%) and 4,800 rippers (88%) have been repaired.
