The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that the use of pesticides and agrochemicals is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation "On the safe handling of pesticides and agrochemicals".

 

From June 22 to June 29, the 8th Russian Open Plowing Championship is held near the village of Goryainovka of the Republic of Mordovia. The event was organized with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, the State Duma and the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the All-Russian political party United Russia, the Association of Peasant Farms and Agricultural Cooperatives of Russia (AKKOR). Today, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision of the Russian Federation on the basis of the activities of the service for the first half of 2019.

On June 26, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Maxim Uvaydov visited Kazan State Agrarian University and Kazan State Academy of Veterinary Medicine named after N.E. Bauman, where he met with the leadership of universities, representatives of the workforce and students. He was accompanied by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Oleg Zemskov, the rector of the KSAU Ayrat Valiev, the vice-rector for educational work of the Veterinary Academy Ali Volkov and other officials.

On June 25, Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree, according to which the list of professions of rural workers eligible for a pension supplement of 25% was expanded. The document is published on the official Internet portal of legal information and has already entered into force.
