In Russia, the list of professions of rural workers who are eligible for a pension supplement was expanded
On June 25, Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree, according to which the list of professions of rural workers eligible for a pension supplement of 25% was expanded. The document is published on the official Internet portal of legal information and has already entered into force.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan informs that the new list includes professions, positions and specialties whose duties include working with the maintenance and repair of agricultural equipment, equipment production, and the maintenance of agricultural facilities. We are talking about auxiliary workers, storekeepers, stokers, watchmen and guards, builders of agricultural structures, turners and welders, managers of warehouses and garages, mechanical engineers and electrical engineers.
The resolution also includes individual entrepreneurs producing agricultural products.
From the new such payments are given to people who have worked in agriculture for certain professions for at least 30 years, now do not work and continue to live in the village. These professions have been approved by a government decree. The new ruling expands it. The list was adjusted on the basis of the law-enforcement practice that had developed over the past six months and the appeals of people in order to respect the pension rights of rural residents.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan notifies citizens that they can submit the documents confirming such experience. If such documents are received before the end of 2019, the increase will also be established from January 1, 2019 with payment for all time passed.
