The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan announces the acceptance of applications for participation in the competitive selection of applicants for the Agrostartup grant for the implementation of projects for the creation and development of peasant (farm) enterprises (hereinafter, respectively - the Ministry, selection).

Today, the final joint collegium of the Main Department of Veterinary Medicine of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Department of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance in the Republic of Tatarstan took place at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The event was chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.

Today, a working meeting was held at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, during which they considered the proposals of horse breeders of the Republic of Tatarstan for inclusion in the long-term target program "Development of horse breeding and equestrian sports in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2023-2025 and for the planned period until 2030".

The second "Farmer Island" was opened in the Republic of Tatarstan at the address Kazan, st. Richard Zorge, d.66. Kazan residents will be able to purchase delicious products made from local quality raw materials: fresh pastries, bread, pies, chak-chak, Halal sausages and semi-finished products, koumiss and other products produced by local farmers.

Minister of Agriculture Dmitry Patrushev held a regular meeting of the Operational Headquarters of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, the participants of which discussed the state of winter crops in the regions, preparations for the sowing campaign, measures to increase the efficiency of state support and other issues.

In 2022, the Zelenodolsk Dairy Processing Plant sent more than 16 tons of dairy products to support various charitable organizations. So, the plant took over the free provision of all necessary dairy products to the Kazan hospice, created by the Anzhela Vavilova Foundation, and the Cradle shelters for women in Kazan and Zelenodolsk. Also, in honor of the International Day of the Deaf, the enterprise donated about 5 tons of its products to the All-Russian Society of the Deaf.
 

 In 2021-2022, the Russian Agricultural Bank in Tatarstan implemented a whole range of measures to increase the human resources potential of the agro-industrial complex. Among the most successful projects is the Farmer's School educational program aimed at assisting in the creation of new financially sustainable and profitable farms, improving the efficiency of existing ones, developing and promoting best business practices in the agro-industrial complex.

The V Specialized Agricultural Exhibition of Achievements of ACC TatAgroExpo has been POSTPONED to the period from March 6 to March 7, 2023.
The venue remains the same: IEC Kazan Expo.

Today, the XIV Congress of the National Union of Milk Producers took place in the capital of Russia. It was traditionally attended by the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Dmitry Patrushev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, Deputy Minister Lenar Garipov.

2022 contributed to the effective development of the agricultural direction of the company "August" - "Agroproekt". Today, August-Agro Management Company manages farms in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Chuvash Republic, the Krasnodar Territory, as well as outside Russia - in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The total bank of agricultural lands exceeds 220 thousand hectares. Agricultural firms use resource-saving No-Till farming technology and precision farming methods.
