In the Yelabuga region of the Republic of Tatarstan in the village of Gary, a continuous cycle grain drying complex with careful handling of products for 18 thousand tons of grain was opened. The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan Dmitry Yashin, head of the Yelabuga region Rustem Nuriev, general director of JSC "Ammoniy" Dmitry Makarov, director of LLC "Ammoniy Agrotechnologies" Alexander Manankin.
“Today we have problems with both storage and drying. The last harvesting showed that we do not always cope with the volume of grain that we receive. And it's nice that the company takes into account all these moments, calculates, sees its goals and objectives. Colleagues, I am very glad that such large projects are being implemented in such a short time,” said Dmitry Yashin, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, at the opening ceremony.
The grain cleaning complex appeared in the district on the initiative of the subsidiary of JSC "Ammoniy" - "Ammoniy Agrotechnologies". Today it is one of the largest agricultural enterprises in the region. In the work of "Ammoniy Agrotechnologies" there are more than 9 thousand arable lands only in the Yelabuga region. Ammoniy invested more than 120 million rubles in the construction of the grain cleaning complex. The work was carried out in a short time. Today, the new complex is the first step towards the construction of the next facility - a seed plant.
The cost of investments in the grain drying complex is estimated at 240 million rubles. In general, 1 billion rubles have already been spent on the project - for the base and equipment. In the future, another 1.5 billion rubles will be invested.
“There was a landfill and potholes here, as a result, now you see a neat site. It continues to transform. Fences have been fenced off, the landfill has been dismantled, the hangars have been put in order. A weight section is re-equipped with modern nodes. And now such a grain-drying complex, which will become the first stage. The second should be the seed plant. It is not enough to promote technologies and sell fertilizers, we have learned this from our own experience. We need good seeds, especially now, in the current situation. And we are ready to make them for ourselves, and offer it to you,” said Dmitry Makarov.
Rustem Nuriev noted that today the district receives 98 tons of milk per day. “The plans are to reach 120 tons by the end of the year thanks to new investors, grain growers and livestock breeders, who also pulled themselves up, looking at such investments. There is, of course, a special story here. To date, "Ammoniy Agro" processes almost 9 thousand hectares. We also have plans to increase the land that we will transfer to them,” he said.
The head noted that this is a new milestone for the Yelabuga region: “We have never been on the front line in the village. At least not in the foreseeable future. Today, at the expense of Ammonium Agro, OOO Mir, we are carriers of advanced technologies.”
