Agricultural producers of Tatarstan are preparing for the Field Day 2020 exhibition, which will be held in Laishevsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan (near the village of Bolshie Kabany). The exhibition will present the advanced achievements of the agricultural industry in the sections "Crop production", "Engineering and technical support of the agro-industrial complex", "Livestock", "Melioration", "Small forms of management" and "Digitalization of the agro-industrial complex".

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan plans to develop a marketing system for the food products of Tatarstan farmers based on digital technologies. The discussion was attended by the Director General of the Republican Cultural Center Niyaz Khaliullin, Chairman of the Association of Farmers and Peasant Farmsteads of Tatarstan Kamiyar Baitemirov, Director of the GBU Center of Competencies for the Development of Agricultural Cooperation Ilnur Khabibullin, representatives of the Tatpotrebsoyuz, farms and other responsible persons.

A meeting was held at the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia on the development of the sub-sector of fur-bearing animal farming. The event was chaired by the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture Dzhambulat Khatuov, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov and representatives of enterprises involved in fur farming in Tatarstan.

Since June 20, the admission campaign starts in two leading universities of the republic, supervised by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan - Kazan State Agrarian University and Kazan State Academy of Veterinary Medicine named after N.E. Bauman. This year, in connection with the spread of coronavirus infection, consultations of applicants are held remotely.

On June 4, a work meeting was held at the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on the development of a pilot project of ecological and rural tourism in the north-eastern part of the republic.
