Labor people: 40 years behind the wheel of a tractor
Today the hero of our column "People of Labor", in which we write about ordinary people who have deserved honor and respect for their daily work, is Amirzyan Sirazetdinovich Gilyazov, who has worked as a machine operator for 40 years.
Amirzyan Gilyazov was born on August 4, 1940 in the village Shcherben of Aksubaevsky district. In his 16 years old he began his labor activity in the collective farm "Bolshevik" of his native village. At first, young Amirzyan performed various types of work. At the age of 17, he had already performed 418 workdays, and a year later - 545.
In 1963, after graduating from the courses of machine operators, he started driving tractor. “The equipment at that time was antediluvian, there was no question of the convenience of machine operators. But I was happy, ”recalls Amirzyan Sirazetdinovich.
There were not many good tractor drivers at that time. It is not surprising that they enjoyed special respect in the countryside. The young tractor driver tried to justify the attitude of his fellow villagers and the trust of the collective farm government.
Soon he married a fellow villager Alfie. Together they raised six children - five daughters and a son. Alfiya Gilyazova also devoted herself to agriculture, having worked on a farm.
Amirzyan Sirazetdinovich after he retired for three more years plowed, sowed, raised bread. In the early 90s, he had to endure several disbandments of his home farm, but he could not leave the hard, but at the same time beloved work.
In July 1982, he received letters of thanks from the Aksubaevsky RK CPSU, the executive committee of the district council, trade union of agricultural workers. In February 1990, for the successes achieved in socialist competition, by the decision of the bureau of the district committee of the CPSU, he was included in the District Board of Honor. The same year he was presented with a letter of thanks from the executive committee of the regional Council of People's Deputies. And in 2000 he was awarded for the results in the spring field campaign with a letter of thanks from the head of the district.
Today, daughter Lucius is taking care of her father.
