Economy of Tatarstan for people: 1.3 thousand new peasant farms have been created in Tatarstan in 9 years
In Tatarstan, over nine years, 1,381 new peasant farms were created with grant support from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan in the amount of 4 billion rubles. This was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov in the #TatarstanOnline program.
According to the head of the Ministry of Agriculture, these farms currently contain 103.4 thousand heads of cattle. This is 31 thousand heads more than in 2013, including the number of cows increased by 10 thousand heads.
In addition, the poultry population has almost doubled from 1.2 million heads to 2 million heads, the minister added.
Marat Zyabbarov stressed that only this year 152 peasant farms have been created, grants for which were issued in the amount of almost 900 million rubles.
“All this is thanks to the people who participate in grants, create such enterprises, new jobs. Each such farm employs three or four people, ”he said.
