The harvesting campaign in Tatarstan is approaching the “equator”. 715 thousand hectares of land were harvested in the republic. This was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov in the #TatarstanOnline program.
The head of the Ministry of Agriculture noted that more than 2.8 million tons of grain have already been harvested in Tatarstan. “We hope to get a good harvest this year. Literally next week, in parallel with harvesting, sowing begins, ”he said.
The average grain yield in the republic is 39.3 c / ha. In seven districts, it is higher than 45 c / ha. These are, in particular, Zainsky (60.7 c / ha), Tetyushsky (56.7 c / ha), Sarmanovsky (51.6 c / ha), Menzelinsky (47.3 c / ha), Aktanyshsky (47 c / ha) ha), Kukmorsky (45.2 c / ha), Aznakaevsky (45.1 c / ha) areas.
In general, 1.5 million hectares of grain and leguminous crops and 230 thousand hectares of oilseeds - rapeseed and sunflower - will be harvested in Tatarstan.
Next week, the republic plans to start sowing.
