Today, Niyaz Khuramshin, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in the opening of "Farmer's Islands" in the village of Vysokaya Gora in the Vysokogorsky District of the Republic of Tatarstan and the city of Kazan.
On February 18, specialists from the mechanization department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan visited farms in the Alkeyevsky, Almetyevsk, Zelenodolsk, R. Slobodskoy, Nizhnekamsk, and Cheremshansky districts to monitor the progress of equipment preparation for field work.

The branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Center for Quality Control of the Agro-Industrial Complex" in the Republic of Tatarstan received seven tulip samples, selected from shipments totaling 3.9 million tulips.

Today, the ceremonial closing of the specialized agricultural exhibition showcasing the achievements of the agro-industrial complex, "Kazan Agro-2026," took place. A total of 314 companies from 37 regions of Russia and two foreign countries participated in the exhibition. Over the course of three days, 12,457 industry professionals, as well as 2,662 students from schools, colleges, and universities, attended the exhibition.
A working meeting with a delegation from the Republic of Turkey was held today during the Kazan Agro 2026 specialized agricultural exhibition.
