16 February 2026, Monday

Today, Marat Zyabbarov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, visited the Mamadyshsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan on a working visit. He was accompanied by Vadim Nikitin, head of the district.

At the Vyatka Industrial Park, Marat Zyabbarov attended the opening of the greenhouse complex and rose garden owned by Rodnye Kraya OPT LLC. The complex covers 1.1 hectares and has a production capacity of 40,000 roses weekly. "The fact that the district has an industrial site is a huge advantage. Congratulations on the opening and I hope you continue to build on your achievements. We will always help and support you. We hope this project will be in demand throughout our country," he noted.

In Mamadysh, the minister visited a microdistrict of 28 individual residential buildings, built under the federal project "Development of Housing Construction in Rural Areas and Improving the Standard of Home Improvement" of the state program "Integrated Development of Rural Areas." "It is gratifying to see that the Mamadysh district is being transformed every year—new social facilities and housing are being built, public spaces and courtyards are being improved," added Marat Zyabbarov.

During the visit, the minister also participated in a meeting of the Mamadysh Municipal District Council of the Republic of Tatarstan entitled "On the Results of the Socioeconomic Development of the Mamadysh Municipal District in 2025 and Objectives for 2026."

Marat Zyabbarov noted that, based on the results of the year, the Mamadysh district is among the top five leading districts in the agro-industrial complex. "The district's grain growers harvested 123,000 tons of grain and legumes, and 15,900 tons of oilseeds." "The district is one of the republic's leaders in livestock production—ranking sixth in both daily milk yield per cow and gross milk yield," he said.

According to him, the Mamadysh district's successes are reflected not only in high crop yields and milk yields, but above all in the steady growth of wages in the agro-industrial complex. This confirms the industry's efficiency and high level of social support.

Marat Zyabbarov also called for a strong focus on training and attracting personnel. "Last year, the federal project 'Personnel in the Agro-Industrial Complex' was launched as part of the national project 'Technological Support for Food Security.'" "An agro-technological classroom in the 'Agro-Engineering' program, with APK Prodprogramma LLC as the investor, began operating in 2025. The same investor plans to open another agro-tech classroom in 2026," the minister emphasized.

At the conclusion of the event, Marat Zyabbarov presented state awards for many years of conscientious work, high professionalism, and exemplary performance of official duties.
