Marat Karimov inspected the preparation of agricultural machinery for the 2026 spring field work in the Alkeyevsky District.
On February 18, specialists from the mechanization department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan visited farms in the Alkeyevsky, Almetyevsk, Zelenodolsk, R. Slobodskoy, Nizhnekamsk, and Cheremshansky districts to monitor the progress of equipment preparation for field work.
According to the requirements, tractors, seeding, and tillage equipment must be ready by March 15. The Ministry plans to conduct a commission inspection of the farms' comprehensive readiness for the 2026 spring field work from March 23 to 27.
Today, Marat Karimov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, visited the Alkeyevsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan. He was accompanied by Robert Gadiev, Head of the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan for the Alkeyevsky District.
During his visit, Marat Karimov toured the premises of the Vostokzernoprodukt MTP, spoke with the company's management and employees, and discussed the acceptance process for agricultural machinery and its current status.
Then, the Deputy Minister visited the branch of the Alekseevsky Agricultural College in the village of Bazarnye Mataki and spoke with the college's director, Elvira Nurullina. They discussed the college's operations.
"Here, you can train to become a tractor driver or agricultural machinery operator. Tractor driving is a very popular and in-demand profession in the region. In addition to operating a tractor, our graduates can operate a combine harvester and other types of agricultural machinery," she noted.
They then visited the Yuzhnoye Alkeevo territorial administration and workshop, where they learned about the delivery of agricultural machinery and its preparation for the 2026 spring field work.
Marat Karimov also toured the Khuzangaevskoye LLC farm, assessing the feed center, creamery, and condensed milk production facility. The participants discussed increasing production volumes, cattle housing conditions, feed stock structure, and equipment performance. They also visited the agricultural machinery museum.
Khuzangaevskoye LLC is a diversified agricultural enterprise with a wide range of products.
Following his tour, the Deputy Minister also inspected the construction of a motor garage and toured the feed processing facility.
