Applications are now being accepted for the "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency" competition.
Applications are now being accepted for the All-Russian competition "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency," established by a decree of the Government of the Russian Federation.
The main goal of the event is to identify Russian enterprises demonstrating high results in addressing social issues and achieving national development goals. The competition also aims to study and replicate successful practices and strengthen social partnerships.
The competition has been held annually since 2000 and allows organizations to present their achievements in the areas of human resources, occupational safety, corporate culture development, and healthy lifestyles.
In 2026, the competition will include 17 nominations. Organizations registered in the Republic of Tatarstan are eligible to participate, regardless of their form of ownership, industry affiliation, or legal status.
Branches may also participate after obtaining approval from the parent legal entity. Participation in both stages of the competition is completely free. An organization may submit applications for several categories at once; however, a separate application must be submitted for each category.
To participate in the regional stage, companies from Tatarstan must register in the PIK Monitoring online account by June 10, 2026 (inclusive) at https://ot.rosmintrud.ru/.
