Marat Zyabbarov was appointed Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. His appointment unanimously was supported today by deputies at the third meeting of the State Council of RT.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan announces the summing up of the competition for the selection of projects of peasant farms for the provision of grants by the departmental program "Creation and development of peasant farms for the project" Agrostartup in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2019-2024 ". The total amount of grants amounted to more than 312 million rubles.

The most important component of the economy of Tatarstan is the agro-industrial complex. The village has always been the foundation of the nation. Therefore, a large number of state programs related to the village are being implemented in the republic. It is important to create the conditions for every interested villager to open his own business, to realize his opportunities. This was announced by the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in his message to the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Last week, with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, 60 students from various universities of Kazan who want to start their own business in agriculture were trained at the School of the Young Entrepreneur (novice farmer). The training was organized as part of the subprogram “Rural Youth of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2019-2021”.

Today, Acting Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov visited the Maisky greenhouse.

By the International Forum "Bread, You are the World", the results of the XX Russian Cup of baking were summed up, in which 24 teams from 20 regions of Russia took part. In a professional competition of bakers and confectioners, 7 teams took part, representing organizations of consumer cooperation in Russia and educational institutions of the cooperative education system.

From October 9 to 12, Tatarstan will once again take part in the Golden Autumn agricultural exhibition in Moscow. The republic will present environmentally friendly, natural products grown and produced in Tatarstan.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan pays great attention to the development of small and medium enterprises in rural areas. Today, in every district there are people who have opened their own business with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production of the Republic of Tatarstan. One of them is the Pistsov family from the Mamadysh district. In 2016, well-known gardeners received a grant of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan in the amount of 1.5 million rubles by the republican program “Beginning Farmer” for the cultivation of fruit and berry crops and opened their own business. Today, the peasant farm has its own nursery and agricultural cooperative.

Today, the team of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in mini-football competitions as part of the Spartakiad of state and municipal servants of the Republic of Tatarstan.
