On October 17, a meeting with agricultural consumer cooperatives was held at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rishat Khabipov, informed the audience about the progress in the implementation of the project “Creating a Support System for Farmers and Developing Rural Cooperation”.
The main questions on filling out accounting reports by cooperatives were explained in detail by the head of the department of accounting and reporting Anis Zakirov.
Director of the Institute of Economics of Kazan State Agrarian University Marat Nizamutdinov spoke about the organization of training for agricultural consumer cooperatives “Express course“ Cooperative manager ”, which addresses the problems of marketing agricultural products, the basics of managerial accounting for cooperation, a holistic understanding of the economic environment of the rural area.
Representatives of agricultural consumer cooperatives shared the results of their work, talked about the preferences of the cooperative, the grants and subsidies received, the direction of the use of budget funds, and also thanked the Ministry for the provided state support.
After previous decisions on digitalization of agricultural processes, the development director of Sumus LLC Vasily Shestyuk spoke about the possibilities of the “Personal account of the agricultural producer and invited those wishing to take a part in the practical application of the platform.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan also reminds that the State Institution of Competence for the Development of Agricultural Cooperation in the Republic of Tatarstan GBU is working to attract new members to agricultural consumer cooperatives by daily visits to the municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan to hold informative meetings with the heads of agricultural departments and agricultural consumer cooperatives.
