Marat Zyabbarov held a meeting with developers of agricultural software products
The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia expects that all reports on the financial and economic condition of agricultural producers in the future will be submitted through digital services. Thanks to this, the regions will receive a flexible tool that allows them to spend budget funds efficiently and with maximum return and develop the country's agriculture. This was stated by State Secretary - Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Ivan Lebedev at the interregional meeting "Leaders of Digital Development" in the Krasnodar Territory on October 15.
The main topic of discussion was also the need to transfer applications and documentation for receiving state support measures to electronic form and to develop the functionality of the “Personal account of an agricultural producer”.
Development Director of Sumus LLC Vasily Shestyuk reported on the work done, presented the platform of the “Personal account of the agricultural producer” and its main functionality, which will include a system for applying for state support and subsidies, the ability to control and monitor the implementation of obligations on the measures taken, a cooperative cash desk for accounting and exchange of shares of agricultural producers by a single agricultural cooperation, electronic trading system, including the implementation of Products through public procurement, the Hot Line for legal and accounting support, proposals for banking services and investment attraction, as well as electronic accounting systems: Warehouse, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Personnel and Analytics ". Also, as part of the event, they considered the electronic commerce system through the Kazan Agro-Industrial Park.
Marat Zyabbarov noted that it is necessary to gradually launch the process and work out a system with various agricultural producers. This will allow you to analyze the effectiveness of the platform.
The result of the meeting was a decision on the development of the created platform with specific agricultural cooperatives and its further development, taking into account the application practice.
