The management of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan visited the meat processing complex Kausar in Laishevsky district
Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov got acquainted with the activities of the meat processing complex of the Kausar agricultural complex in the Laishevsky district.
The opening of this meat processing site took place as part of the investment project of the agrology complex of the agricultural consumer cooperative Kausar. The range of products includes sausages, pastes, smoked and dried products from duck meat, etc. Production works according to Halal standards. On the site more than 40 jobs were created.
During the inspection of production lines, Marat Zyabbarov was informed that the project of the agricultural complex “Kausar” includes the creation of a meat processing site, a slaughterhouse, a logistics center, warehouses for storing products. It is planned to produce 300 tons of sausages per month, slaughter 6 thousand heads of birds per day, as well as store 1000 tons of frozen products. The total investment in this project is planned in the amount of more than 300 million rubles.

The agricultural supply and marketing (trade) consumer cooperative "Kausar" implements the project with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. In 2018, the enterprise received a grant from the Ministry for the purchase of equipment for processing poultry meat in the amount of 30,000,000 (thirty million) rubles.
