Marat Zyabbarov: there is a positive dynamic according to the results of the livestock industry for 9 months of 2019
The Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov reported on the results of the work of the livestock industry for 9 months of 2019.
The President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference with all areas. The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin.
First of all, Marat Zyabbarov briefly reported on the pace of field work. To date, 47 thousand hectares of sugar beet have been dug up, it is 74%. “We have over 2 million tons of felling with an average yield of 443 kg / ha,” said Marat Zyabbarov. “Less than 17 thousand hectares of land has left to be removed.”
The head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan named the areas with the highest productivity indicators. These are Tetyushsky district (530 kg / ha), Aktanyshsky (523 kg / ha), Zainsky (518 kg / ha) and Menzelinsky (507 kg / ha).
More than 1 million 100 thousand tons of beets were transported to the plants, the plants operate with maximum productivity - this is more than 17 thousand tons of processing per day. 112 thousand tons of granulated sugar were produced.
Speaking about harvesting potatoes on the fields of the republic, Marat Zyabbarov said: we need to harvest about 190 hectares. 150 thousand tons of tubers have been accumulated in the fields. “We plan to complete the cleaning in the coming week,” he said.
In addition, about 400 hectares of vegetables left to be harvested in the republic, mainly these are areas of cabbage.
To date, 75 thousand tons of sunflower has been threshed in the republic, 33% of the forecasted areas (out of 132 thousand ha). A similar situation is with corn for grain. To date, more than 25 thousand tons of corn grain has been threshed on an area of 4.8 thousand ha with a yield of over 52 kg / ha (yield growth - 10.8 kg / ha by 2018).
Marat Zyabbarov also briefly reported on the results of animal husbandry for 9 months of this year by agricultural organizations and farms.
In general, livestock production is moderately positive. More than 1 million tons of milk are milked with an increase of 4%. Almost 300 thousand tons of cattle and poultry were grown, with a plus of 7 thousand tons by last year.
More than half of the meat was produced by poultry farmers - 156 thousand tons.
Pork production is also increasing, said Marat Zyabbarov, it is 106% comparing to last year.
Of the large enterprises for the production of pork, he noted such as "Kama Bacon", "Vanguard" of Buinsky district.
Egg-producing poultry enterprises are also working with growth. For 9 months of the year, 902 million eggs were received, this is 115 million more than last year.
In this industry - 74% of the volume is of the enterprises of Ak Bars holding. Derzhavinskaya poultry farm has high rates - productivity has been increased 12 times.
For cattle in the republic, there is a decrease of 1% compared to 2018.
In the context of regions, the dynamics are significantly different. Mamadyshsky district continues to increase the number of livestock. Saba, Rybnaya Sloboda, Zelenodolsk have over a thousand goals.
However, there are areas that work with declining stocks.
The head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan asked the heads of municipal districts to find out the reasons of reducing the number of livestock and create a plan for further growth.
As for milk production, 23 districts work with an increase. The Minister especially noted the Baltasinsky, Kukmorsky and Atninsky districts, which added more than 6 thousand tons of milk. These areas provide half of the increase in production in the country.
In general, in the country they produce 3.5 thousand tons of milk per day.
In addition to the traditionally "dairy" areas, the increase in daily milk by the same period last year was noted in Aktanyshsky, Nizhnekamsky, Sabinsky, Tukaevsky, Nurlat regions.
Marat Zyabbarov also recalled that special attention in the regions should be paid to the timely payment of wages to employees. In addition, it is important to take measures to improve livestock technology.
Marat Zyabbarov also said that on October 26 a stone-laying of a robotic dairy complex for 2400 cows will take place at August-Muslumovo LLC. Also, three more dairy complexes with 13 thousand heads are being constructed at Severnaya Niva Tatarstan LLC (EkoNiva) in the Bugulma municipal district.
