In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated April 2, 2020 No. 239 “On measures to ensure the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population in the Russian Federation in connection with the spread of new coronavirus infection (COVID -19)” (hereinafter - the Decree), non-working days from April 4-30, 2020 inclusive were announced, with salaries retained by employees. The exception are organizations listed in clause 4 of the Decree.
In Tatarstan, at the Kazan irrigation equipment factory, the Kazan-based wide-angle circular sprinkler was developed and manufactured. Agrarians of Buinsky and Nurlatsky districts were the first to go to sowing spring crops. So, according to the latest data from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, 80 ha of wheat and 120 ha of barley are sown today in Buinsky district, and 30 ha of barley in the Nurlatsky district.
