Tatarstan farmers were transferred 1.2 billion rubles of subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan and Russia for milk sold in January and February of this year.

In Tatarstan, spring field work is in full swing. According to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, fertilizing winter crops and perennial grasses with mineral fertilizers is underway, everywhere you can see the harrow units in the fields, and in some areas sowing of early spring crops has already begun.

Residents of Tatarstan actively joined the program of preferential rural mortgages developed by the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia. Any citizen of Russia can apply for a mortgage regardless of work or residence in rural areas aged 21 to 65 years. For example, a person who wants to move to a village. But the construction object or land must necessarily be located in rural areas, which include villages, towns and rural agglomerations, urban-type villages and small years with a population of up to 30 thousand people. For example, Agryz, Aksubaevo, Apastovo, Arsk, Buinsk, Laishevo, Menzelinsk and others.

Agricultural enterprises of the republic started spring field work. But they do not forget: Tatarstan is a zone of risky agriculture.

Minister of Agriculture Dmitry Patrushev held a regular meeting of the Operational Headquarters to monitor the situation with socially significant agricultural products and food. Representatives of the Federation Council, federal authorities, supervisory authorities, key financial organizations, industry unions and associations, as well as the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Russian Guard, jointly discussed the situation on the domestic food market and, in general, in the agricultural sector. Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov took part in the event.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that on April 6, the National Commodity Exchange began accepting applications for accreditation for participation in commodity interventions. The trading volume will be up to 1.5 million tons, the preliminary date of the trading start is April 13.

One of the key mechanisms of state support for the technical modernization of the agricultural sector implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan is preferential leasing, which allows farmers to purchase modern agricultural machinery and equipment on the most attractive conditions. With the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, Rosagroleasing JSC launched a special anti-crisis offer for agricultural producers from April 6 to June 1, 2020, providing the possibility of applying a deferral of principal debt of up to 1 year.

On April 6, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov checked the readiness for sowing in the Arsky district of Tatarstan.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated April 2, 2020 No. 239 “On measures to ensure the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population in the Russian Federation in connection with the spread of new coronavirus infection (COVID -19)” (hereinafter - the Decree), non-working days from April 4-30, 2020 inclusive were announced, with salaries retained by employees. The exception are organizations listed in clause 4 of the Decree.

On April 6, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan summed up the results of the livestock industry for the first quarter of 2020. The meeting in the videoconferencing regime was chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.
