On February 19, the Plenary meeting of the XXXI Congress of the Association of Peasant Farms and Agricultural Cooperatives of Russia (APFACR) in Moscow was held. The African Clari catfish breeding plant was opened today in Rybnaya Sloboda by the Deputy Chairman of the State Council of Tatarstan Yuri Kamaltynov and the head of the Rybno-Slobodsky District of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Tazutdinov. The company is designed to grow 50 tons of fish per year, the investment amounted to 12.2 million rubles.
