Today, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the new robotic dairy complex of Yulbat LLC in the village of Tuktar as part of a work trip to the Sabinsky district. He was accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.
The head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan explained that the dairy complex was built in 2019 with the support of the ministry. The process of milking cows is fully automated, 4 milking robots are installed here ( Astronaut A5 by Lely model). In July 2019, the first batch of 80 heads of Montbeliard breed heifers was brought. A feature of the Montbeliard cows is high productivity (up to 8,500 kg / lact.), Milk is characterized by high fat and protein content.
The agricultural company contains over 450 head of cattle, including 210 cows. More than 6.6 tons of milk are produced daily, the average milk yield per cow is 32.7 kg. Milk is sold at the Kazan Dairy Plant at a price of 24.5 rubles.
There is also a record cow at the farm with milk yield of 56 kg per day.
Rustam Minnikhanov was told that feed (mono-feed) is supplied according to a special scheme, without entering the complex. To regulate the microclimate, an air ventilation system and automatic air curtains operating from temperature sensors are installed.
More details about the development of the agricultural sector of the region were discussed at a meeting of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan with local farmers. In early May, agricultural enterprises began sowing. Today 1,000 hectares are sown, including 800 hectares of spring grain. Feeding of winter crops (7 thousand ha), harrowing of perennial grasses (15 thousand ha), winter fallow and steam (28 thousand ha) were completed. All farms are fully provided with seeds, fuel and lubricants. 448 tractors, 182 seeders, 13 sowing complexes and 155 cultivators are involved in work.
Rustam Minnikhanov urged the farmers to make the most of each serene day to complete the sowing as soon as possible, while carefully observing all sanitary and epidemiological standards.
